Community Pavement is a pavement maintenance company organized to service the maintenance needs of privately owned pavements.

 

We are an extremely resource conscious organization, dedicated to maintaining your pavement in the most cost-effective and resource-efficient manner possible. We prefer to keep existing pavements in service rather than removing and replacing them whenever possible.

 

Our first priority is that the pavement provide a safe surface to travel on, our second priority is that the pavement’s serviceability be maintained, and our third priority is to improve the cosmetic appearance of the pavement. We structure our proposals around those three priorities using line-item pricing, allowing our customers to evaluate the cost for each individual safety, serviceability, and cosmetic upgrade.

 

Our primary customers are HOA’s, OA’s, COA’s, road associations, and all entities responsible for the maintenance of their collectively owned pavement.
