• Why asphalt parking lots require more maintenance than do asphalt streets.

 

• Why the engineers who designed your reserve study budgeted much smaller sums for asphalt repairs than they did for an asphalt overlay with fabric interlayer.

 

• Why municipalities and other public agencies are even more conservative with repairs than the engineers who designed your reserve study are.

 

• How your community can reduce its pavement maintenance costs if so inclined by distinguishing between the safety, serviceability, and cosmetic needs of your pavement.

 

There is no charge for the presentation if conducted between regular business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with a nominal charge for evening and weekend hours.
